We are open with a limited schedule of classes.

Everyone is required to register for in person classes ahead of time due to the limit of 10 per class at this time. Go to mindbodyonline and log into your account with (hopefully) the email we have on file for you to avoid creating a duplicate client under your name. We will check your name off our list when you arrive so no need anymore to sign in or pull your cards for a touch free check in process. If you have difficulty signing in please let us know, we expect to have a few issues at first!

Most classes will have a live stream with Zoom. Contact us for meeting ID and password.

There are weekly classes that vary widely from Zumba® to Yoga. These classes are included with monthly unlimited passes and punchcards. We also have a variety of specialty session classes for separate fees.

Standard Studio 321 Classes


A dance based cardio class using Latin and other international rhythms in an interval format to get the heart pumping. No previous experience necessary!

Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness focusing on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio.

Learn the true skill of dance in a fitness setting.  From Disco to Tango, Rumba, Salsa, Cha Cha, Waltz and more, the program can be made challenging enough for a professional dancer or provide even the most rhythmically challenged a fun workout  Some dances performed with light weights for a toning boost!

If you're looking for a way to reduce stress, consider tai chi (TIE-CHEE). Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions.
